A leafy harbour suburb of Sydney, Greenwich occupies country on the northern side of Sydney Harbour.

It is situated on Cammeraygal land.

Greenwich has a village-like atmosphere and is home to a mix of young families, business commuters, professionals, artists and retirees. The proximity to four hospitals is valued by many, particularly many medical professionals.

A lovely village with a strong sense of community

Considered a quiet place to live, you’ll find a mixture of single-family dwellings, units and townhouses.

The local 'Village' shopping centre on Greenwich Road opposite the school and down the hill has a local supermarket, a bottle shop, a post office, hairdressers, coffee shops, a physiotherapist, a chemist, a fish & chip restaurant, a real estate agent and a medical practice.

Larger supermarkets and a wider selection of retail shopping are located in Lane Cove about four kilometres to the west and at Crows Nest, about three kilometres to the east.

The village offers a remarkable range of community services and activities for a suburb of its size.
