under delegated authority.
4. Correspondence
Outwards
o Objection to Waterbrook display home work proceeding without approval.
o Letter to Lane Cove Council re cleaning of the wharf shelter – no
reply to date.
Inwards
o Information from Urban Concepts re Duntroon Avenue development.
Discussion then followed about the changes to the Duntroon Avenue proposal.
Australand has agreed to stay within the LEP height limits. To make the shape
of the development more pleasing they will look at moving out of the footprint
agreed with the NSW government. It is understood that the St Leonards/ Wollstonecraft
Community Association wish to enforce the footprint and Pam felt that they
may move a motion to this effect in Council. It was noted that the GCA motion
of 20 April 2005 locks us into supporting original footprint.
It was agreed that Pam Palmer should be delegated to make representations
to Council that incorporates the spirit of the original motion and the need
to retain the original percentage of open space.
o The Minutes of the community meetings conducted by Australand have been
received.
o Lane Cove Tunnel Newsletter re closure of highway lane. Jill Pain reported
that the tree planting and removal proposals for the Epping Road entry are
